Which airport should I fly into?
Please fly into Guarulhos International Airport - GRU. We recommend arriving by Monday (March 1st) early morning to join the group transfer. Detailed arrival instructions will be sent after registration.
Are flights included?
No. Round-trip airfare to Brazil is not included in the retreat investment, so you can travel at your own convenience.
Is transportation to Fazenda Lila included?
Yes, one transfer from Guarulhos to the Fazenda on March 1st in the morning, and a return one on Sunday, the 7th from Fazenda to the airport.
May I attend by myself?
Absolutely. Many guests come to retreats on their own, and the week is designed to foster an easy sense of community while still honoring your personal space.
Do I need to be experienced in yoga or meditation?
All levels are welcome, including beginners. Every practice will include options so you can participate in a way that supports your body.
What are the accommodations like?
Guests will stay in double rooms. Each room comfortably accommodates 2 guests and features its own private bathroom. All suites with box-spring beds can be configured with either two single beds or one double bed.
What kind of food will be served?
We will enjoy 3 vegetarian meals each day. Please let us know about allergies or dietary needs when you register; we will confirm which accommodations are available..
What is the weather like in March?
In March, weather in the area is mild and wet as the area transitions from summer into early autumn. Temperatures
Daily Highs: Average around 21°C to 23°C (70°F to 73°F).
Daily Lows: Average around 11°C to 12°C (52°F to 53°F) at night. March marks the tail end of the rainy season, with around 190mm to 200mm of precipitation and frequent afternoon showers. Total daylight lasts between 11 and 12 hours daily, clouds might block some of it.
What should I bring?
Plan to bring comfortable practice clothes, layers, walking shoes, a reusable water bottle, sun and rain protection, a journal, and any personal medications.
Do I need a passport or visa?
Each guest is responsible for confirming current passport and entry requirements based on their citizenship. Your passport should meet Brazil’s requirements for the full duration of travel.
Do you require travel insurance?
Yes. It is recommended. A policy should ideally cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical care, emergency evacuation, and lost luggage.
